Terms and conditions

 

  • Once a booking has been made, a non-refundable deposit must be paid via bank transfer 7 days after completing the booking form. 

  • A party is only fully confirmed after receiving your deposit.

  • After receiving your deposit. A confirmation email will be sent to you along with a receipt stating the amount paid and the remaining balance, which is due to be paid in cash on the day of the party.

  • Deposits are non refundable however we are happy to find an alternative date if circumstances change. Please note, we must know 30 days prior to the original booking date. 

  • If you wish to cancel a party completely, we would charge the deposit fee.

Please note: should a party not take place Due to COVID restrictions, a full refund will be given.

 

  • If the party is held outdoors, we ask for you to provide a covered area in case of rain or heat with access to electricity. 

  • If a bouncy castle or soft play has been put up, please note that these can cause distraction to the entertainment. We will kindly ask you to deflate the bouncy castle and use it during the lunch break, or once the party has finished. 

 

  • As we travel by car, please let us know If there are any parking charges/toll charges. These costs will be added to the final payment. 

 

  • We ask beforehand if photos can be taken and shared on our Social Media sites/website. If you do not wish to have any photos shared, please do let us know. 

 

  • Our maximum capacity is 35 children. For parties over 35 children, an additional helper/entertainer will be needed.

 

  • Should the entertainer feel uncomfortable at the party in any way due to the behaviour of the children or adults, the entertainer will inform the booker. If no action is taken, they have the right to terminate the party and leave immediately. Full payment will still be required.

 

  • Should any items be damaged by the children at the party, costs will incur. 

 

  • Please note our characters are generic, we do not represent any licensed characters. If you require a licensed copyrighted character, you should contact the license holder.

 

Covid Safe Parties

  • Socially distanced parties are in place to comply with current government guidelines. 

  • Currently we are offering small garden parties of no more than 6 children at £140.

  • We are also offering Doorstop events, please visit our events page for more information.

  • We can offer doorstop birthday parties at an extra cost.

  • Zoom Parties are also available - £50 for half an hour of virtual entertainment.

  • Personal birthday messages either live or prerecorded.

  • Parents are fully responsible for the amount of guests that they have at the party adhering to the current guidelines. They also need to ensure that children are washing their hands and keeping their distance. 

  • Hand sanitizer is used before and at the end of the party.
